By downloading, accessing, or using FR-FR, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Who Can Use FR-FR

You must be at least 13 years old to use FR-FR. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian permission.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable Use

FR-FR is a platform for anonymous expression. You agree not to use it to:

• Send messages that are threatening, harassing, or abusive toward any person
• Send messages containing hate speech or content that discriminates based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• Share sexually explicit content involving minors under any circumstances
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Spam or send unsolicited bulk messages
• Attempt to identify or dox anonymous senders through any means
• Use the platform to facilitate illegal activity of any kind
• Attempt to circumvent or exploit the app's anonymity features

4. Anonymous Messaging

FR-FR is designed to allow anonymous expression. However, anonymity does not grant permission to harass, threaten, or harm others. We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement if a message is reported to involve a credible threat of harm or illegal activity.

You understand that messages you receive are anonymous and that FR-FR does not guarantee the accuracy of any hint information provided through the hints feature.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you create on FR-FR. By submitting content, you grant FR-FR a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display that content as part of delivering the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to FR-FR at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or are using the service in a way that could harm others or the platform.

You may stop using FR-FR and request account deletion at any time. See our Privacy Policy for instructions on how to delete your account.

7. Advertising

FR-FR is free to use and supported by advertising. Ads may be displayed within the app. By using FR-FR, you agree to the display of advertisements. You can remove ads by subscribing to FR-FR+.

8. Disclaimers

FR-FR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or that messages will be delivered without error. We are not responsible for the content of messages sent by users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FR-FR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to emotional distress caused by anonymous messages received through the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of FR-FR after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
