We retain your account data for as long as your account exists. Messages are retained to deliver the service and may be deleted upon account deletion. Usage and analytics data is retained for a maximum of 12 months.

You can request deletion of your FR-FR account and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@vizura.app with the subject line "Delete My Account" and your FR-FR handle. We will process your request within 30 days. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, messages, and all associated data from our systems.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of FR-FR after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
